to study in Alberta
Alberta has created school authorities to oversee the education of
students living in our cities and towns.
When you have decided where in Alberta you wish to study, school
authority staff will find the right school and program for you and
give you information about the application process and admission
requirements.
School authority staff will also explain the English language learning
options available to you and provide orientation sessions to help
you adjust quickly.

Once you have been accepted to a school, you will need to apply
for a study permit with Citizenship and Immigration Canada.
